Who is the Artist
Quiet Form Design is run by Elizabeth, a visual artist focused on presence, observation, and the tension between being seen and being watched. Each piece is built to hold attention, quietly, but with a steady awareness..
Hand-Signed Works
Each piece is signed as a mark of authorship and presence.
Originals are initialed in the bottom corner and signed on the back. Prints are signed on the back.
Large prints (8 x 10, 11 x 17, and 13 x 19) are numbered and hand-signed, as they are limited edition prints.
Privacy Policy
Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes. It will never be sold to outside sources.
Sizes
All original paintings and print sizes are in inches!
Prints sizes include: 5 x 7, 8 x 10, 11 x 17, and 13 x 19
Return Policy
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
If you would like to return an original painting, please contact me at emarie@quietformdesign.com and we can discuss how to move forward.
Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at emarie@quietformdesign.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I am happy to help!
Processing Times
Prints are made to order. Please allow up to 7 days for production before shipping.
Originals ship within one week.
Tracking is provided once your order is on its way.
Ship Times
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4 - 5 business days.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through software that complies with the PCI standards, uses HTTPS, and other security best practices.
Shipped Package Does Not Arrive
If your tracking is displayed as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
