Frequently Asked Questions
How Are They Shipped?
Orders are shipped in standard envelopes with stamps to keep your subscription affordable, and do not include tracking information.
When Will They Be Shipped?
Orders are shipped on the last week day of the month. Check my website for the official ship date each month.
How Long Will It Take To Get To Me?
Allow up to 10 business days after your fulfillment confirmation for US orders to arrive, up to 21 business days for International.
When Are Signup Cutoffs?
The cutoff date is the 24th of each month. If you sign up after the 24th, you will receive the next month's print as your first. (For example, if you sign up on September 25th, your first order will ship in the last week of October) When you join at the beginning of a sign up period, (25th - 30th) there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first print.
Cancellations
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. Go to the "my subscriptions" tab, under "More" at the top of the page, to cancel.
My Print Never Came. What Do I Do?
If you have not received your order by the 25th of the month, please submit a lost mail form (found at the bottom of this page).
Replacement Deadlines, US
Report missing mail by the 7th of the following month.
Reports submitted by the deadline qualify for a free replacement.
Requests submitted after the deadline, as well as address-related replacements, may require a small fee to cover postage and materials.
International Members
Please allow additional time for your mail to arrive. Because international delivery times vary by destination, missing-mail deadlines and replacement requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Thank you for your support and understanding! This system allows me to catch issues early and help ensure that everyone receives their mail successfully.
If the issue was on our end or simply lost in the mail, the replacement is free.

Who Is the Artist?
Quiet Form Design is run by Elizabeth, a visual artist focused on presence, awareness, and the tension between being seen and being watched. Every painting and print is made by Elizabeth
and is handled with care.
Hand-Signed Works
Each original and print are signed by me, the artist. Originals are signed in the bottom corner and on the back. Prints are signed on the back.
Large prints (8 x 10 & 11 x 14) are numbered and hand-signed, as they are limited edition prints.
Privacy Policy
Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes. It will never be sold to outside sources.
Sizes
All original paintings and print sizes are in inches!
Prints sizes include: 5 x 7, 8 x 10, and 11 x 14
Return Policy
All sales are final. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for prints, stickers, and other small products.
If you would like to return an original painting, please fill out a contact form and we can discuss how to move forward.
Processing Times
Prints are made to order. Please allow up to 3 days for production before shipping. Originals ship within one week. Tracking is provided once your order is on its way.
Ship Times
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1 - 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through software that complies with the PCI standards, uses HTTPS, and other security best practices.
My Order Hasn't Arrived
Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive. If it does not arrive within 2 weeks, please fill out a lost mail form.
Tracking: If your tracking is displayed as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

order number, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. I am happy to help!
