Sketchbook Project
One sketchbook
40 original paintings
animals recommended by others
This is my experimental sketchbook. I wanted to create a project for myself that involves other people. I love getting animal suggestions from others, so I thought it would be fun to ask those who wants to follow along with this project what animals I should do.
I write down all of the suggestions on slips of paper and then have a family member or friend draw one out for me to decide what animal I paint next.
When all 40 paintings are complete, I plan to give one collector a print set of the entire collection of sketchbook paintings at no cost. I'm currently developing the selection process, and full details and eligibility requirements will be published before it opens.
After the project is complete, the original paintings will be available, and will also be sold as 5 x 7 prints.
Like your favorites to help me see which ones you'd like to own.
If you have other ideas or suggestions for products for these, like greeting cards as an example, please fill out the contact form below. And please include the name of the animal or painting if your idea is for one painting in particular. I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
